Refund policy

At Luna Temple, we want every magical item you receive to bring joy, intention and inspiration to your craft. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Return Window

You may return any unused, unopened and undamaged item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in its original packaging
  • unused (no burn marks, no incense residue, no altered wicks, etc.)
  • in the same condition as received

Returns that show signs of use cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at info@lunatemple.co.uk with:

  • your order number
  • the name of the item(s)
  • the reason for the return

We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with the next steps and return address.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lunatemple.co.uk

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item and packaging
  • a short description of the issue

We will replace or refund the item promptly at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene and integrity of magical tools, we cannot accept returns on:

  • opened candles or incense
  • used crystal wands or energy tools
  • opened spell kits, potions or ritual waters
  • personalised or custom items
  • sale items (unless damaged or defective)
  • If you're unsure whether an item qualifies, contact us — we’re happy to help.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please process a return and place a new order.
