UK Mainland Shipping

Free delivery on all orders over £30
£3.99 for orders up to 3kg
£5.99 for orders over 3kg

Delivery time: 2–4 working days

Northern Ireland Shipping

£7.99 for orders up to 3kg
£14.50 for orders over 3kg

Delivery time: 3–5 working days

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods (seasonal events, product launches, etc.), processing may take up to 3 working days, but we always work to keep things moving swiftly.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly, as we cannot change the destination once an order has been dispatched.

Missing, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lunatemple.co.uk with your order number. We will work with you and our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Ritual Tools & Heavy Items

Some cast iron cauldrons, copperware and other heavy ritual items may increase parcel weight. Shipping will update automatically at checkout based on your total order weight.
